Flexible working hours
Most employees work flexible hours. This gives you the opportunity to organise your daily schedule yourself, taking core hours into account. If a task area allows it, working from home is also possible through a home office company agreement. If you need or want greater flexibility, various part-time models are also available, whether for further training purposes, parental leave or partial retirement. We always want to meet the wishes of our employees through dialogue.
In order to adequately recognise the commitment of our employees, we offer a comprehensive benefits package. This includes holiday and Christmas bonuses, profit-sharing in the form of a bonus payment and bonuses for the company suggestion scheme.

No matter in which area you work at HERMLE – our remuneration is always fair. If collective agreements apply, we usually grant further voluntary benefits. For example, employees at HERMLE AG in Germany currently receive remuneration that is significantly higher than the collective wage agreement.
Occupational health and safety
We ensure safety in the workplace. Not only through specific training courses, but also through protective measures that are organised by our occupational health and safety team and conveyed throughout the company.
Our works council for our headquarters in Gosheim fulfils a very important role as a self-responsible body for the entire workforce. It represents the interests of all employees and at the same time is a valuable partner for the executive management and the personnel management team.
Health is a valuable asset! In order to maintain this in the long term, our employees can rely on the support of a company doctor. To make our workplaces as ergonomic as possible, checks and improvements are carried out on a regular basis. In addition, we offer special campaigns such as fruit days.

Our outdoor facilities offer ample parking spaces for bicycles and cars and are available to employees free of charge.
Sports activities promote well-being and performance. Our company teams take part in various competitions and currently focus on biking, running, football and climbing. All the teams are equipped and supported by us.
